We have covered plenty of fun iOS toys in the past. These are products you can control using an iOS application. iStrike Shuttle happens to be another cool toy for this platform. It is a drone with built-in balancing gyro technology. It comes with an app that supports multiple operation modes. The device connects directly to iOS gadgets via Bluetooth, so there is no need to deal with a radio transmitter.
The iStrike Shuttle drone works for right-handed and left-handed folks. This has a vertical design which makes it perfect for carrying and delivering ping pong balls. Users can take advantage of it to send messages to others. A training wheel has been included to help players master the landing. The drone does have its own battery charger but you can power up its lithium battery using your existing iDevice power supply.
The developers of iStrike Shuttle have grand plans for it. They even have a developer’s kit to enable people come up with their own apps. This exciting product is being funded on Kickstarter. The funding ends on November 23rd.
