Oculus: Turns Your Laptop Into an iOS/Android Controlled Robot

So you have an old netbook sitting around collecting dust and would like to do more with it? The Oculus robot kit is worth a look. It turns your laptop into a telepresence and surveillance robot that you can control from the web. The Oculus Robot features an adjustable frame, powered wheels, and a tilting periscope for your computer’s webcam.

Oculus comes with open source control software and can be controlled from iOS/Android devices or a web browser on your PC. The microcontroller is Arduino compatible, so you can always get more creative with this.
