Widerun: Virtual Reality Biking
0Virtual reality is the present and future. There are already a few interesting virtual reality headsets and solutions available on the market. Widerun happens to be a bike trainer that connects to your virtual reality system, allowing to explore virtual words and push your body at the same time. Widerun can accommodate any bike with a wheel radius in a range from 26 to 29 inches. Even if you don’t have a virtual headset, you can connect it to an external screen to get started.
Widerun automatically regulates resistance and inertia to provide you with a better virtual biking experience. It connects to your smartphone or PC via Bluetooth and can measure up to 30 m/s. Like what you see? You can find out more about it on Kickstarter.
