We doubt too many people have lost any sleep over Apple not releasing the white version of iPhone 4 by now. While it is nice to have some color options when picking up a new smart-phone, it is not the reason people pick premium smart-phones these days. Apple has already given us the indication that white iPhone is coming soon. It seems some videos of the device have already been leaked online.
The Vietnamese Web site Tinhte.vn has produced a couple of videos that show a prototype of white iPhone in action. The device is not made of white diamonds and can’t be used as magic wand. But it does seem to have a version of iOS that we have not seen yet. The multitasking menu and user interface on this device do seem a bit different from what we are used to.
As Engadget indicated, this does not seem to be iOS 5. Most likely, we are looking at a beta version of iOS 4 that was never released. The bad news is this is still iPhone 4. We are not talking about a device that looks vastly superior to what is available on the market already. But Apple is the ultimate master in marketing its products. No wonder some folks are so excited about white iPhone 4.
