Have you ever wanted to send a scent with your message? This idea has been explored a number of times in the past. Scentee by ChatPerf offers you that opportunity. This is an attachment for smartphones which enables you to send smells with your messages. The idea is very simple here. You attach the appropriate tank to your phone and the companion app will trigger the right smell at your command.
As far as the business model goes, you will be able to buy different scents (presumably for other people). The makers are planning to release games, social content, and other goodies for this system. They also intend to support Android phones. We are still not sure how practical this idea is.
