Apple launched its new iPhones just recently. The iPhone 6 Plus was supposed to be a winner for Apple, but the company has been getting a lot of negative coverage for iPhone 6 Plus models bending while in users’ pockets. Many iPhone 6 Plus owners have complained about it, so now Apple is going to take action. According to the Next Web, bent iPhones will be replaced upon a visual inspection.
Apparently, Genius Bar employees need to perform the Visual Mechanical Inspection process before deciding whether the problem is covered under warranty. The company is looking at this issue closely, but what is the point if new models also have the same issue. This is certainly an interesting dilemma for Apple.
Speaking of problems, the update that Apple pulled just recently was giving people lots of problems with their phone. Apple is now saying that it is working hard to fix its 8.0.1 update. A new update is expected to be ready in the next few days. Those of you who did download the update may want to follow the company’s set of instructions to get your phone working again. While the past few days are not a complete disaster for Apple, things could have gone a tad bit better.
