Ready for iPhone 5 Rumors?

Apple fans are always craving for rumors surrounding future Apple products. iPad 2 started shipping just a couple of weeks ago but with iPhone rumors already heating up, Apple fans have a very exciting summer to look forward too. According to multiple sources, iPhone 5 could be launched by June 20th. This is a rumor at this point, but the timing is right around the time we expect Apple to introduce its new iPhone.

A source from Foxconn has told 9 to 5 Mac that iPhone 5 will have a curved metal back. Prototypes with flat metal backs have been spotted in the past as well. The fifth generation iPhone is expected to have a larger screen. It will most likely be similar in size to other iPhones we have seen.

The new iPhone 5 could have a redesigned antenna and a faster processor. With experts still panning iPhone 4 units (Verizon and AT&T) for their antenna design, Apple will have the chance to make it all right by fixing those issues in iPhone 5. The company is expected to introduce white iPhone model around the rumored launch date for iPhone 5.

At this point, we do not have much information on iOS 5. Apple is expected to focus more on cloud-based services for products such as iTunes. MobileMe is being  revamped as well. These rumors are at early stages at this point. We will most likely hear a ton more of these before June.
