We have always thought that iPad’s 9.7 inch screen is actually too small. While many tablet makers are bringing 7 inch or smaller tablets to the market in the near future, the folks behind Tablet Connect are aiming to turn iPhone into a 58 inch touch-screen table. This table lets you access all your iPhone data and apps via the 58″ capacitive multitouch surface of the table. Here is a demonstration of how things actually work:
We have to congratulate the team behind this table for putting on quite a show. Unfortunately, this video does seem a bit suspicious. Why is it that the person doing the demo puts his iPhone to sleep while giving the viewers the impression that he is starting up an app? Did these folks pull a magic trick on all of us?
Could this be just another link-bait campaign? The video has gone viral, and plenty of people have probably linked to these folks’ blog. Unfortunately, the video does look a bit suspicious, even though it seems well rehearsed.
