I don’t know about you but I personally know many iOS developers who would love to be able to teach people what they know and get paid for it. Setting up an iOS training business is not exactly easy. You may need some funds to get your business off the ground. Considering that the “How to Program iPhone Apps from Scratch” has been now fully funded on Kickstarter, more people mights consider using crowdfunding sites to raise money for their training courses.
Paul Solt is behind this course. It is an online course that teaches you iPhone programming in Xcode with Objective-C. The complete set is designed to help you get started with programming, even if you are not that experienced in this area. You won’t even need to have a Mac to get started with iOS programming. Paul does have prior teaching experience, so this was a natural move for his business.
The course will include video lessons in 1080p HD quality. Mouse highlighting is offered as well. You will also get downloadable lesson PDFs and source code. We have not had a chance to try the course (it will ship in July) but when we do, we will let you know about its qualities. That being said, it is exciting to see developers and programmers getting the funds they need to teach others what they know through sites such as Kickstarter.
