Unfortunately, it does not seem to be compatible with the iPhone 5.

The Sleep Art app captures and sketches your movements throughout the night to create a digital painting. Just set its alarm, place your phone on your bed and avoid touching it as you go to sleep. Sleep Art does the rest for you.

This app is Facebook friendly and lets you keep track of all your sleep arts on your iPhone. It uses your phone’s accelerometer to do the job. Sleep Art is available as a free download on the App Store.
