Cintiq Companion 2 Running OS X Yosemite

30+ must see flexible iPhone mounts & stands

It is no secret that devices like the Cintiq Companion 2 are quite useful for digital artists. But not everyone is a fan of the default OS on these machines. As you can see in the below video, it is possible to run OS X Yosemite on a Cintiq Companion 2. Mactabletman suggests that Bluetooth, brightness, sound, pen, and a few other features work. The sleep function and volume rocker do not work, but they might in the future.

The good news is there is already a guide available for those of you who want to try this hack. Not everything will work, but the idea looks intriguing.
