The Apple Watch is finally here. Those of you who ordered yours early should be getting it soon. As expected, the Apple Watch App Store has gone live. You will now be able to find iPhone apps that offer a companion Apple Watch app in iTunes. As you can see in the below GIF, Apple Watch app screenshots have been added to iTunes already:
Speaking of the Apple Watch, the folks at iFixit have taken time to tear one apart. The watch has a pressure-sensitive, flexible, touchscreen AMOLED Retina display, 8 GB of onboard storage, NFC/WiFi/Bluetooth, and various sensors such as an accelerometer, gyroscope, and heart rate monitor.
iFixit has given the Apple Watch a repairability score of 5 out of 10. Removing the battery sounds easier than expected. You probably shouldn’t try this on your own Apple Watch though.
