Apple Making a 4.8″ Phone? iFlex flexPhone Concept
0We have heard a bunch of rumors about Apple’s upcoming iPhones already. Some reports have suggested that Apple will introduce a cheaper iPhone this year. The iPhone Mini device could have a smaller screen and a cheaper design. A new rumor by the China Times (via BrightWire) suggests that Apple will introduce 3 iPhones this year, one of which will be a 4.8 inch phablet. The third model will have 12 MP camera that will debut later this year.
It is hard to read too much into these rumors. Apple has already seen a lot of interest for the iPad Mini. It is highly doubtful that it will make a 4.8″ phablet. The “iPhone Math” is rumored to have a 8 MP camera to go with its larger screen. Other specifications are not known at this point. Apple could always surprise us by bringing an iPhone with a revolutionary design to the market. But it will probably stay with what’s been working for it so far.
The phones of the future will have flexible displays. We are going to hear a lot about them in the next few years. The iFlex flexPhone Concept demonstrates a device with a flexible design.
