This is the first app I ever felt I needed to review as I feel it deserves it. This app has truly delivered on what it has advertised it can do. I fall asleep quicker and have more vivid dreams that I can remember more easily in the morning. I have showed quite a few if my friends and they were impressed at how quickly they fell asleep.
The "narrator" or speaker you listen to is truly soothing and calms you down. I also appreciate how he explains exactly what he is saying and why. And he doesn't talk about any weird yoga energy or something of the sorts.
The reason this app doesn't get a fifth star is just because the interface of the app itself seems very basic and doesn't feel like a lot of work was pit into it. The button ui is all default and could use some artwork, but that isn't what this app is intended for or required to have so it doesn't really affect anything. I just believe for a fifth star "everything" needs to feel like they really put effort into it.

I have been using this app for a few years now, and have been put to sleep by him every time. Through the add-on packs, I've changed several things in my life thanks in large part to the post-hypnotic suggestions. Buy this app! You won't be sorry!
Used for years
I’ve been using this app on my phone for years. It is the best app that I have used for sleep. I know that it is labeled lucid dreaming but I only stay awake 5 to 10 minutes and then I’m out. I use it every night.
