Uber should not need any introduction to most of you. Many of us have used the service in the past to get around. Uber already has a decent iOS app, but you can use these Uber apps to get more out of your experience:
TimeTravel: this app lets you prebook rides ahead of time. You can book any time up to a week in the future.
Meter: lets you track how much your Uber costs while you are riding in it. Just select your ride, start the process, and the rest is easy.
Zailoo: helps you find cheaper rides. It compares prices and driver ETA information from different providers such as Uber, Lyft, and Sidecar.
Quxsi: another app that helps you catch cheaper rides. It supports Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia, New York, and many other major cities.
Surge: a surge tracking app for Uber. It lets you monitor Uber surges at specific locations. You can track up to 10 locations.
