5 Cool Pilates Apps for iPhone & iPad
4Those of you who have been lucky enough to try Pilates know it can work wonders for your body. It helps you build a more flexible body, reduce stress, and stay injury free. Unfortunately, not everyone has the time or resources to attend Pilates classes or hire an instructor. Thanks to these 5 Pilates apps for iPhone & iPad, you can try Pilates anywhere you are:
Perfect Pilates Body: provides you with various easy-to-follow workouts to strengthen your body. You can purchase in-pack add-ons to target your arms, core, and other areas.
Yoga & Pilates with Kristin McGee: has 10 minute workouts that target your abs, thighs, back, and other parts of your body. This is a universal application.
Pilates Core by Method Yoga: this app can help reshape your body and strengthen it. It has custom workouts tailored to your fitness level. You can buy upgrades to get more out of this app.
5 Minute Pilates HD: if you are looking for an app that demonstrates how certain Pilates poses are done, this is not a bad app to try. This one is optimized for iPad.
Fitness Class: turns your iPad into your own fitness 0n-demand training device. This app may be free but the courses are not. The good news is you can just purchase Yoga, Pilates, or any other class that you need.
Did we miss anything? Please add your suggestions below.
I love the Pocket Pilates App for the iPhone. It has text and audio exercises you can do at home or traveling or at your desk. I find videos too small and fiddly on the iPhone. I do a audio workout at my coffee break every day and then some quick exercises on the bus on the way home.
Seems we don\’t have it. Will check it out.
