6 iOS Apps for Feedly, Feedbin, Old Reader, Feed Wrangler & BazQux

Trending iPhone & iPad compatible gadgets:

Google Reader has died. It is sad to see it go but most people have found one or more replacements for Google Reader already. Feedly happens to be one of the most popular RSS feed readers around these days but it is not the only player. Feedbin, Feed Wrangler, and FeedHQ have their benefits. If you are planning on adopting any of these services, you may want to check these iPhone / iPad apps out:

Mr. Reader: one of the best RSS news reader for iPad. It synchronizes with Feedly, BazQux Reader, Feedbin, FeedHQ, Feed Wrangler and Fever accounts. It supports multiple accounts and has 4 themes. You can organize and reorder your feeds and folders, depending on the service you are using.

Slow Feeds: helps you get a better handle on your slow and high volume feeds. This elegant application provides support for Feed Wrangler, Feedbin, FeedHQ and NewsBlur. The feed image gallery and hot links features are a plus.

Feeddler: one of the best RSS feed management tools around for this platform. It supports Bazqux, the Old Reader, and FeedHQ. It can handle a small or large number of feeds. You can add, delete, and manage your folders and subscriptions. Offline reading is possible too.

Reeder: used to be one of the best Google Reader clients around. Now it supports Feedly, Feedbin, Feedwrangler, and Fever. It also has many sharing services, including Pocket, Evernote, Instapaper, Twitter, Bugger, and Facebook.

Feed Wrangler: designed specifically for the Feed Wrangler service. This universal application lets you create smart streams, search through your feeds and use Instapaper and Pocket to read your favorite stories later.

Feedly: Feedly used to be our favorite RSS reader but in the past few weeks, we have decided to focus on using the Digg Reader, NewsBlur, and Bazqux. If you are still using the service, you shouldn’t miss Feedly’s app for iOS. What’s neat about Feedly is the fact that you can access it on various non-iOS platforms too.

Are you a former Google Reader user? Which tool have you chosen to replace the Reader? Which apps you are using to keep up with your feed? We would love to know, so please share.
