Twittelator Pro: one of the best premium clients available for iPhone. It makes it so easy to work with images, sounds, and Twitter in general. The app that I am using currently.
TweetDeck: TweetDeck is certainly a powerful Twitter client, considering that it’s free as well. Never quite got used to it on my iPhone but I do use it on my PC.
Twitterrific: lets you manage multiple accounts on Twitter. You can also do research and manage trends on Twitter.
Osfoora: it is a fast and clean Twitter client that packs a ton of features. It supports multiple accounts and URL shorterning services. Can translate tweets and keep you on top of Twitter trends.
Echofon: it lets you keep on top of your Twitter account at all times. Sends you push notifications when you receive a direct message or @reply.
