Anybody who has managed a server or two knows the importance of learning the basic Unix commands. You don’t need a desktop computer to access a terminal. Take a-Shell for instance: it is an interactive terminal app that lets you run UNIX commands locally on your iOS device.

a-Shell supports Lua and Python programming. You will be run basic Unix commands and transfer/edit/process files using scp,curl,vim, grep, and awk. You can run multiple shells at the same time. This Vim app can launch jobs on your iOS device.
