It is a portable grinder that monitors your coffee beans and reorders when you need fresh supply. It has batteries that last through 3 lbs of beans and hold charge for weeks.

Voltaire has a sensor array to take into account volatile compound release, gas concentration, temperature, humidity, and bean mass to provide you freshness information. You also get an alert when you need to buy more beans. There is also a LED timer and LED lights above the catch cup. This WiFi enabled grinder is currently getting funded on Kickstarter.
