Meet the Planty: a smart garden pot that lets you grow your own plants like a pro. It monitors your plants’ soil, temperature, light, and water levels and lets you water your plants from anywhere. It also sends you notifications when your plant needs water or more light. The Planty is designed for smart homes, so you can control smart light bulbs or Nest to take better care of what you are growing.

The Planty connects to WiFi and uses algorithms to learn more about the perfect conditions for your plant to offer better suggestions. Yet another interesting Kickstarter project.
