The Row-N-Ride PRO is a new squat assist trainer with a hydraulic resistance system with 12 levels to work your glutes, quads, and other muscles. It has Bluetooth connectivity with an app that gives you access to over 1000 workouts and over 10k global routes.

This machine has a curved handlebar that lets you perform squat, row, and other moves. You also have resistance bands to target your upper body. The squat trainer has a space saving design, so you can store it in small rooms.
