The RainMachine Mini-8 happens to be a smart irrigation controller that connects to your home network and adjusts your watering amount depending on weather conditions and other factors. The device downloads weather data using your exact street location. It uses historical weather stats when no forecast data is available.

The RainMachine is compatible with iOS and Android devices. As the name suggests, it supports 8 zones. You can control zones using an illuminated touch keypad on the device.
