This smart thermostat knows when you are not home in order to turn on the Energy Saving mode. The Fine Tune feature takes into account indoor and outdoor factors into its algorithm to control temperature in your home.

The LYRIC lets you control the temperature using your iOS/Android device or using Honeywell’s round dial control. The device also has a proximity sensor to turn on its display when you get close. The Lyric thermostat lets you know when you need to change filter or get maintenance done on your heating system. The device will debut in August 2014 on $279.
