FishBit: App-Enabled Aquarium Monitor

More like this ➡️ here

Bringing an aquarium into your home can be a lot of fun. But you need to spend time maintaining it on a regular basis. FishBit can help. This is an app-enabled aquarium monitor that measures pH, temperature, and salinity of water. You just have to drop the monitor in your aquarium to start tracking things. The FishBit also comes with a controller for other aquarium equipment like pumps and heater.

The companion app lets you set up triggers and actions from the app. The controller has 4 plugs and is WiFi/Bluetooth enabled. The system simply tells you when things are not right with your aquarium and takes the guesswork out of the process. The project is on Kickstarter.
