In the future, robots will make our drinks. In fact, a bunch of companies are already testing the idea. The b;eat2E is a 5G-connected robot barista developed by Dal.Komm and powered by KT’s AI solution, GiGA Genie. It has a robot arm that autonomously makes 47 custom coffee drinks.
The robot can communicate with customers, take voice orders, recommend drinks, and answer questions. It can also be controlled via a mobile app. The next generation of b;eat2E will have improved face recognition and behavior analysis to better serve customers.
