Axon Signal Sidearm Wireless Holster Trigger for Body Cams

Meet the Axon Signal Sidearm: a wireless holster sensor that combines with body cams to allow officers to record footage and gather evidence as they draw their firearm. It attaches to an officer’s existing firearm holster and doesn’t get in the way. It has a range of 30 feet and communicates with Axon Body 2, Axon Flex 2, and Axon Fleet in-car cameras. 

These body cams come with evidence management apps on iOS and Android devices. Signal Sidearm simply allows officers to focus on handling dangerous situations and not their body cam.  Expected to ship in Q3 2017.
