Meet the AVerMedia X’TRA GO GC515: a USB-C capture dock that you can use with your iPhone and many other devices. It lets you capture video content in 4K30 or 1080p@120fps without a computer. You will be able to initiate recording with the push of a button to a SD card while gaming. The GC515 has 2 USB ports that let you connect keyboards, mice, and other devices.
