Meet the Artie 3000: a cute drawing robot developed to help kids learn to code. It comes with WiFi and built-in coding apps. Users will be able to control the toy via an app. The robot can move in every direction and lift/lower markers. Artie is compatible with smartphones, tablets, and computers. It is ready for Blockly, JavaScript, and Python programming.
Users will be able to use their mouse to draw a picture and Artie will follow along. A standalone Chrome app is also available. Artie 3000 is developed for kids ages 7-12. It will be available in the spring of 2019 for $69.99.
