AmpStrip Smart Fitness Wearable Attaches Like a Band-aid

There are plenty of smart heart rate monitors and wearable devices that can track your workouts and monitor your heart rate. The AmpStrip has a special design though. It is a thin, waterproof device that attaches to your body like a band-aid and lets you track heart rate, activity, exercise load, and even posture all day long. It pairs with its companion app to help you monitor your workouts and maximize your performance.

The device is 3.5″ long and 1 inch wide. It is pretty thin as well. It relies on a sensitive ECG sensor and a 3-axis MEM’s accelerometer to capture heart rate and motion. The AmpStrip uses a 20 mA wireless rechargeable battery that will need to be recharged every 7 days. It has internal memory to keep up to 24 hours of data, so you don’t have to take your phone with you everywhere. This exciting heart rate monitoring device is getting funded on Indiegogo.
