5 Eco Friendly Cases for iPhone
2So you want to go green? A lot of people do. In fact, a whole lot of people were giving Apple a lot of flak for not having Eco-friendly products in the past. Obviously, Apple has taken steps to change that, and Apple products are almost as green as they can be. But if you are a green movement advocate and want your gadgets to be as environment friendly as possible, you can always go for Eco-friendly cases for iPhone. You may not be able to make iPhone more Eco-friendly, but at least you can choose a green case for it.
I’d be the first one to tell you that I am not exactly a big advocate of the Eco movement. I am not against it but I don’t go out of my way to buy green products. But if a green product is decent enough, I have no problem investing in it. That’s exactly how I feel about green iPhone cases. As long as they get the job done, I have no problem with what they are made of. With that in mind, here are 5 Eco-friendly cases for iPhone that do get the job done:
Incipio ECOcase for iPhone 3G: it’s made with environmentally friendly materials using an “Earth First” approach. It’s compatible with iPhone 3G S too.
Agent18 EcoShield Case for iPhone 3G: protects your phone against scratches. It’s made out of eco-friendly material, but it is a bit pricey.
Black ECO|Case Eco Friendly Natural Canvas Case: a very simple case that is made out of materials that don’t hurt the environment. It keeps your gadget safe from scratches.
eco-nique Portfolio for iPhone 3G: the first “climate positive” case for iPhone. It’s good to see companies that care about the environment too.
Belkin F8Z336 Eco-Conscious Formed Leather Case: a decent case that provides you access with all the ports and buttons. You can even charge your phone when it’s in the case. Cheap too!
There you have it. Are you using an eco case?
"I discovered a new eco-friendly i-phone case made by 100% recycled and recyclable high grade plastic: ""Ecoskin"". This product, manufactured in UK, is also antibacterial because the recycled plastic is impregnated with silver ions to reduce bacteria levels. Plus, the packaging is recycled. The company also produces recycled material pouches for phones.
