Assembled iPhone 5 Photos Surface, iPad Mini Tipped for Sept 12th Launch?

We are potentially only a couple of months away from Apple announcing the new iPhone and a mini iPad to go with it. The iPhone has not gone through a major design change for a while now. That is about to change this time around. The new iPhone will have a faster processor and a larger screen. As 9 to 5 Mac reported, repair shop iLab has posted pictures of a fully assembled iPhone that give us an idea what the device will look like.

The video above shows a hollow shell of what could be the next iPhone. The device will have a new antenna design. The front-facing camera is now positioned above the earpiece. It should go without saying that this device is going to have a smaller dock connector. With the new antenna design. we doubt Apple has to deal with the “antennagate” issue again.

At this point, we are not exactly sure when the iPhone 5 and the iPad mini will debut. But it will be in the next couple of months. iMore is suggesting that the announcement will be made on September 12th with the new products hitting the stores on September 21st. Apple is going to announce a new iPod Touch and iPod nano too. This is a rumor at this point but the next couple of months could be very exciting for Apple fans.
